Believe and hope for the best!

In less than 24 hours voting will begin and in roughly 36 hours not only will we know the results of who will be in the White House for the next four years, but also the fate of California. So be sure to vote tomorrow, polls are open from 7am-8pm. A friend of mine posted an interesting quote that he related to voting and that is, “You can either make the menu or be on the menu.” Remember that you do not have to vote for every item on the ballot, if you’re unsure about a school board candidate then skip over it, the same with propositions. It is better to leave an item blank then try to guess which way to vote without knowing about the item.
Sometimes change is good and voluntary, other times it is forced upon us and the latter is the most challenging to accept and deal with. Trying to stay positive is a must, although challenging at times. Currently there have been many challenges and changes I’ve been facing, some for the better and others for the not so good. Not having control for me is the hardest part, having situations change and take place that are beyond my control, although I’ve learned to deal with things as they come. Don’t get me wrong, there are still times when things affect me emotionally or cause my anxiety to increase, but as time has passed one thing I have learned is you just have to push through it and hope for the best.
Until next time!
